High TSH and Prolactin
Dear Sir/Madam I am not pregnant. My test results. PROLACTIN: 39 ng/ml LH : 5.5 mIU/mL FSH : 9.7 mIU/ml FREE T4 : 1.35 ng/dL TSH : 5.82 u IU/ml USG shows both overies show multiple(10-15) small(4-5mm) peripherally arranged follicles with hypertrophied echogenic central stroma. Can you pls suggest proper diet .

few of your hormones are deranged .Just some changes in the diet won't  help.you need medication .please consult a Gynecologist for further medical management
