High triglycerdies
Recently i took routine blood test..in that lipid profile have noticed triglycerdies parameter something around 756..getting panicked after reading the normal value between 300 to 400..what r the steps to reduce the triglycerdies..currently using fenocor 35 as per adviced by physcian..is it a life threatning problem???plz list associated risk of other problem related to high triglycerdies value...plz share the do and donts and other life style modification...thank u docs..

There are if you do not take appropriate treatment... Since you are fallowing advices by your physician please continue and be in a regular fallow up with them...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...good luck.
