High sugar
Since last few days i am having pain in my kegs and was feeling sleepy a lot during daytime . On checking sugar levels my fasting is in the range if 100-115 and Pp sugar is between 140-160.
Do i need to start medicene or diet changes can bring the levels down .
Have been off from any type if excercise since 2 months because of shoulder pain and was on pain killers
Can pain killers increase glucose levels
