High SGPT SGOT AND GGT
Found LFT test values on higher side in my routine test. High SGPT ALT 152 High SGOT  AST 66 GGT 112 I am obese 30 y male 5' 7" with 95 kg. Do not have any symptoms of pain or digestive problem yet. Occasional drinking once in twice week.

As per your height and weight your BMI is 31.74kg/m2 which is suggestive of grade 1 obesity. LFT reveals elevated liver enzymes most probably due to alcohol intake.
