High risk pregnancy
I was already having light bleeding/ spotting in early pregnancy as I have large fibroid and hematoma 42*22mm but due smelly discharge vaginal itching doctor recommended cansoft cl which I used and next day I had more/heavy spotting is it due to this. Has it miscarried? Very scared just 2 days back I had my usg and the heartbeat was very clear at 7 weeks 5 days.

In pregnancy with already bleeding vaginal pessary should not be used
If the bleeding is heavy you need an ultrasound to confirm the status of pregnancy
