High protein in urine

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I have got high protein in 214 values in 24 hours collection report although my BP is under control. No swelling on my feet, Hands or body. My BP is under 127/ 86 now for the past one week which was going high to more than 130. Does it will cause problems for my baby?

just maintain blood pressure control. it's just protenuria. push till term . recheck blood pressure often. fetal doppler and biophyscial profile
