A high post prandial insulin indicates that you have insulin resistance. Your body is not responding to the activity of insulin due to excess body fat accumulation in the belly area. You are unable to conceive because the excess insulin is affecting your body creating hormonal imbalance and possible PCOD. You need to increase the efficiency of insulin to do its job of by removing the fat deposited around your internal organs. When you lose the fat the insulin levels will also come down.
In a nutshell, weight loss especially belly fat loss through a healthy balanced diet and exercise regime /lifestyle modification is the only solution to this problem.
You need to go on a low carbohydrate diet as carbohydrates can dramatically increase your insulin levels. Fruits are also carbohydrates, so too much fruit intake is not advisable when you have insulin resistance.
