My mom has a higher PDW range is that something to worry about and get it checked? She is also going through menopause it has been aroumd 4 months since it has stopped, is that the reason?

I don't want to ignore it. But such high PDW is uncommon. I suggest you get this test repeated before we can give definitive advice.
