High output HF
My doctor has told me that I have high output heart failure secondary to chronic anemia. Actually since the last 3 years i have been experiencing severe menstrual bleeding. And since the last couple months i have been experiencing shortness of breath and exercise intolerance. I got checked and i have IDA. My iron and B12 levels are severely low. And now I hear that my heart is failing. But on Echo my EF is 65%. I'm so scared. Please tell me if i can make a recovery? Is this condition treatable? I cannot sleep thinking my end is near.
