Since I m a high myopia...if I am caught cataract its curable for my high myopia..any side effects ll be there

I have not understood clearly what you are asking. There are two things. Are you already having cataract now or are you worried what will happen in your old age? Number 2, for high myopic refractive surgery by way of clear lens extraction can be done. So please let me know which one you are talking about, then I can give some answers.

Please share the prescription of your glasses for exact guidance However,you need not to worry. It will take long time to develop cataract in your case .any everything is possible,and safe.

Yes both your cataract and high myopia can be cured in one shot, and no side effects. But your 29 years now? Cataract develops at a much later age. But you have other options to treat your high myopia . ( Refractive surgery) or ICL etc
