Last month I had ipill and had withdrawal bleeding just after my normal periods. This month again I got my periods in time. In my routine checkup haemoglobin came as 9 and Lymphocytes is 71 and polymorph is 23. Can this be because of ipill. 2-3 months ago I had everything normal.
