High Lymphocytes
Last month I had ipill and had withdrawal bleeding just after my normal periods. This month again I got my periods in time. In my routine checkup haemoglobin came as 9 and Lymphocytes is 71 and polymorph is 23. Can this be because of ipill. 2-3 months ago I had everything normal.

It is not usually seen that withdrawal bleeding causes such decrease in haemoglobin. It must be due to some other causes
Such high lymphocytes are usually due to infection
