I have done a regular CBP and found Lymphocytes as 51.88%, Neutrophils 37.33 and Mean Platelet Value is 8.4. I don't have any symptoms. Should I be worried?

Actually in the absence of symptoms it makes no difference how many neutrophils are there and how many Lymphocytes are there.
And there is no way we can correct the percentage. They will remain like this or if you get an infection in the meantime and your total count and neutrophils shoot up.
So instead of pondering over your lab reports you should plan a physical consultation with a General Physician in your area. He will examine you physically and clarify many doubts.
