High lymphocytes count
I have done my general health check up everything is normal except my LYMPHOCYTES 48% and ABSOLUTE LYMPHOCYTE COUNT is 3312. Should i be worry about my high lymphocyte count or its normal.

No. You should not be worried as long as you don't have any other problems.
If you have low grade fever or loss of weight or general ill health and you undergo many tests then this Lymphocytes count will become useful. Otherwise it doesn't help much in diagnosis.
