Got a vitamin b12 test and cbc done as advised by dermatologist for a rash on the thigh and pigmentation around nails . Vitamin b12 level seems fine by lymphocyte % is high @ 53.3%. Have attached report for reference. Haven't had any fever or cold in the last few days . Could the high count be a cause of an underlying disease and should I get evaluated further ? Should I be worried it's cancer ? Kindly advise . Tia.

Nothing to worry.
Take Vit B12 supplements for a month as it is on lower side or if you are having any symptoms.
Need to see the rashes and nails .
Take online consultation for further advise.
