High Lipo A
I was detected with high cholesterol: T.C. was 245 & LDL was 200. Also my Lipo A was 72. So, I took atorpil 20 for a month, got tested again, now my total is 134 & LDL is 84. Also Lipo A is now 64.44 (still high). Now I have stopped my medication, and I am focusing on healthy & active lifestyle, like eating healthy and walking 45 mins daily.. Can it reduce Lipo A level further, or I have to continue my medicines?
