High LDL Cholestrol Level
My LDL cholestrol is 198. HDL is 48. Triglycerides is 172. While I've usually been working out, avoid eating junk food and also a vegetarian, could this be hereditary or due to some other reason? (Non-smoker, ocassional drinker and weight 70kgs). Also, have been prescribed Rosuvas F-10 MG once daily. Is it safe to intake this medicine? Are there any side effects? Any other precautions to be taken?

Triglycerides 172 is minimally high. It is unusual to start Rozuvas - F for 172 triglycerides. Needs detailed history
