High IOP in eyes
Does the redness caused by high IOP happen while eyes are closed and disappear the moment eyes are opened. Like within 5-6 seconds??? Is this a symptom of ocular hypertension?

Hi The symptoms you have mentioned are unlikely because of high IOP. It would be longer duration of it was because of high IOP. Computer vision syndrome causes dryness which also causes red eye.
Next Steps
please get your eye pressure checked by a local Ophthalmologist use a lubricant eye drop like genteal/OnTears Eye drops 3-4 times a day along with a decongestant eye drop like OCUREST Plus eye drop twice a day.
