Tsh 34 t3 t4 normal Was feeling all right at 100mg but when was tested high tsh dose increased to 125mg And now feeling sluggish constipated swollen weight increased Do I need to increase my med, is high tsh bad when t3 t4 are in control

TSH should be maintained in normal range. Repeat TSH after 6-8 weeks of change in dose. Based on TSH values the dose needs to be titrated
