Dear sir,
I am 28 years old,have bp 130/80, tested ecg-sinus techicardia otherwise normal,echo test-grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, and holter test-normal results.
Consulted cardiologist, he told that i am normal.
But whenever i exercise or run a little i feel shortness of breath with high heartbeat.
I regularly practice pranayama and recently started doing surya namaskar but i feel shortness of breath with high heartbeat.
Is it normal?
Kindly answer in detail and how to cure this by exercise as i am in younger age.
Thank you

The most probable reason in your case if PHYSICAL DECONDITIONING. Just continue your exercise routine and slowly you will realise you are no more short of breath.
