High Heart rate
I was met an accident today in a car but it didn't heart but due to fear I feels that heart is beating too fast. Came home and check after rest it is 102 and BP is 127/79 after that I took Indreal 10 tablet which I was taking earlier for palpitation but heart rate is still same 100. I checked my ECG two days ago and doctor told it is ok. I am tensed is there any heart related problems occur during accident like situation. I am completely fine without any injury and I was on back seat.

As per the information you have shared here there is no remarkable abnormality except anxiety.
After an accident, it is ok to have anxiety or stress afyerctge trauma.
It doesn't look like you have any new problem in heart.
