High heart rate and BP
My usual resting heart rate is 70-80 and BP around 125-85, but since evening my heart rate is 112-118 and BP is 140-90, few days back the readings were totally normal, I smoked today after a long time and then checked the readings. Is this concerning?
I did a physiotherapy session today of IFT for cervical issue.
