High Hb and B12 Negative JAK2
Since last two months mu counts are Hb 17 HCT 51.7 RBC 5.8 WBC 9.7 Platelet 280 LFT,RFT,USG Abdomen were normal.. FBS and Lipid profile are normal But Sr B12 is 1613 and Sr Ferritin is 75.5 EPO is 6.65 and JAK2 negative What is the reason behind such high Hb and B12 values ?

You should be happy that you have high Hb. It has still not reached a stage of abnormality. Your Vit B12 level may be fallacious. Please get the test again after 2 months.
