High haemoglobin
Was a chronic drinker and now getting few lifestyle changes . My haemoglobin levels are nearly 20 . Is there anymore changes n In my diet or any medication to get the levels to a normal range . Thank you

Do a CBC and get a hematology consultation. Higher Hb with higher RDW and red cell mass is polycythemia which can lead to a lot of issues. You might require further evaluation and bone marrow biopsy.
Next Steps
Consult hematologist/ medicine specialist with test report.
