How to lower haemoglobin ??? My haemoglobin level is 18 Does it can be lower by natural method Or i have to take medicine

Such high hemoglobin (& RBC count) is called polycythemia. There are many cause of polycythemia, but regular venesection ( blood donation) is mainstay of treatment. Kindly consult hematologist for the cause of polycythemia. Hope it helps :)
