High grade complete tear of ACL
1- I have got a high grade complete tear mid section of anterior cruciate ligament so what can I do? Surgery or physiotherapy? Knowing that I am playing football so can I go for physiotherapy and back again to football without surgery
2- can I go swimming during physiotherapy or before surgery as I don't practice any exercises at this moment.

Acl helps in stability n propioception...u can’t play football with acl year .because it causes instability and can lead to injuries...get ur examined once again ..u can get acl reconstruction done and go back to your active life...
