High fever not responding to paracetamol and antibiotics points to Viral Fevers or Flus. Headaches could be due to involvement of Paranasal Sinuses. Syncopal episodes along with headaches could also point towards Meningitis. Please drop in to my clinic for an ENT assessment to help reach the diagnosis. -Dr Gladson Guddappa Uchil Healthcare@Basaveshwaranagar
