Throat pain, high fever, extreme weakness, low BP (have had 2 episodes of syncope), headache
Dengue negative, platelet counts within range. Have been prescribed Advent 625 n Dolo 650, not much relief

your symptoms are suggestive of viral upper respiratory tract infection. high fever can often lead to generalised weakness and fainting episodes. you need to take adaquate rest and drink plenty of clean water and follow up with your physician

High fever not responding to paracetamol and antibiotics points to Viral Fevers or Flus. Headaches could be due to involvement of Paranasal Sinuses.
Syncopal episodes along with headaches could also point towards Meningitis.
