High fever since 3 days
Hi, My father is having fever since 3 days. More than 100 degree Fahrenheit. Yesterday night it went up to 104 degree Fahrenheit. Covid-19 RTPCR test is negative. Malaria parasite test and typhoid test are also negative. We consulted local doctors. They prescribed Dolo, Azethromycin, meftal forte. We are not able to triangulate the exact cause of fever. Please suggest.

Possibility of covid cant be ruled out on only RTPCR negative.. Do he have any respiratory symptoms along with fever or any other symptom in body. If any respiratory symptoms are there than go for HRCT Chest which will be more diagnostic.
