She is having high fever about 103°f in 7pm ,after cold sponzing it comes down but continues till morning , and she stays fine through out the day, blood test  showed CRP serum - 67.85mg/l , LDH -483.37U/L , hemoglobin 9.5g/dl, RBC-3.57mill/mm3, hematocrit/pcv-30.6%, RTPCR -covid 19 - negative,...
