High fever pcm(paracetamol) not working

Question

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I was diagnosed with viral fever earlier this month the symptoms were high fever(102) headache and weakness.. I was adviced for PCM, fluids and lots of rest after following the advice within 3-5 days I was okay.. but after 20 odd days I am again having same situation but this time widal test for “O” is 1/160 and pcm 650 mg 3 times a day not able to bring the temperature normal. I am also having IV antibiotics 2gm For typhoid. Please suggest is this just viral relapse and pcm dose shd b increased
