High fever.
My three year old son is suffering from fever since last four days. Measure is 101. After giving calpol syrup it goes down but at night it comes again. What to do please help

Watch for danger signs like
1.Not feeding at all and not even drinking water.
2. Not passed urine for more than 10-12 hours.
3. When the fever is down, activity is still poor and baby is drowsy (or sleepy most of the time.).
4. Difficulty in breathing.
If there is no danger signs and your child is otherwise active and alert. Nothing to worry too much, could be seasonal viral infection .
