High Fever

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My son is suffering from high fever...within 3 hours fever hiked from 99 to 100 then 104. Now the temperature is 104 F . He is feeling muscle pain, vomiting, uneasy...please suggest me some remedies at home because

Hi,you can give paracetamol 15 mg per kg per dose 6 th hourly only if temperature is greater than 100 F.If your child is having rash,decreased oral intake,decreased urine output,fits consult near by doctor immediately.
