Continue to give syp paracetamol ( crocin) for each episode of fever to bring down temperature. A gap of 5 to 6 hours between the doses should be maintained. You can also do cold sponging of whole body and forehead to bring down the temperature.
Next Steps
In case of persistent fever, please visit a pediatrician for clinical evaluation and workup.
