High fever
My mother is having fever from last 2 days. Its between 102 to 103 F. By taking paracetamol the temperature gets down for some time and than again rise to 102 F. Also she is a bp patient so sometimes difficulty in breathing. Kindly suggest what to do?

paraceetamol has only 6 hour effect in body it is advised to tske it once in 6 hours syp.asthalin 5ml tds adviced for breathlessness kindly

there can be several causes of fever like urine infection, dengue, malaria, viral fever and even corona virus infection. will need more details to reach a proper diagnosis.
