My daughter age is 8 years, she is having fever -101 and having some cough , I gave her paracetamol 6 mg fever came down but only for 2-3 hours . I also gave the cefixime 5 ml of (from old prescription of doctor) as well as ascoril plus. Can anyone suggest me further? Weight 22 kg,
