My 16 months old son having 102 fever since last three days: no cold no cough. But he is cranky. What could be the reason. What should I give him. Currently giving Crocin drops 1 ml. Weight - 8.5 kg

Give 1.2 ml of crocin drops whenever fever, if fever is in increasing trend n child is not active n playful in afebrile period, consult a pediatrician
