High fever mostly during night

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My son 10 months usually gets high fever during night and gets fine my morning...it happend today 2 august and same happened few mobths back in may. He also gets mild fever during day . He is teething. Please suggest some fever syrup and precautions to be taken in such situations.
