I have been suffering from high fever,burning eyes,body pain ,omitting .i am unable to drink water and eat food due to omitting presribe me such a that will recover me so that i could attend exam starting after next 2 days

Take following medicines for 3 days. Tab Dolo 650 1 tab 3 times a day,  tab Azee 500mg 1 tab once daily and tab Pantop-D 1 tab daily empty stomach.
