  4. High fever. Body is cool some times hot.

Hi my son is 2.6 yrs old having fever from yesterday his weight is 11kgs.we gave him meftal p 5ml.but after giving syrup also some time temperature is present some times not there...it's being changing in minutes... some times the body is cool some times hot...

Don't worry Always check temperature  with thermometer And if fever then only give medicine for fever
