Hi ...my daughter is 5 and half year old...she having fever 101. I gave her crocin ds but didn't work so Can I give her ibugesic plus 6 ml ???

Gve 15mg per kg per dose parcetamol 3 times a day And cnsult doctor at earliest for proper diagnsis
