High fever, cold from 4days

My son 3.5 yrs old is suffering with high fever from 23rd sep 4 days - temp is above b/n 100 - 103. We are giving p250 in every 6 hrs... Every time it is touching 102 - 103

Looks like viral for now. Keep him adequately hydrated. That brings down the fever. The more he urinate he'll get better. U can give him 5 ml of meftal p syrup if it doesn't come down with paracetmol
