Treatment of fever remains the same. Temp 105 degrees F needs cold sponging but how many of us will have the courage to give sponging during this time of the year is anybody's guess.
I suppose you have to make do with Tab Paracetamol and L cetrizine. Don't have room heater, and don't have too many covers.
Look for the basic cause of fever and give definitive treatment.
