High fasting & lower PP level

Question

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hello! I am not a diabetic but I just checked my sugar level at home with a Glucometer today. To my surprise, my Fasting sugar was 134 & PP after 2 hours of breakfast was 113. Please suggest, what does it indicate. Does it mean I have got Diabetes? Thanks.

Fasting above 126, PP above 200, Hb1Ac above 6. 5 suggest diabetes.. Take proper lab test FBS, PLBS and Hb1Ac and consult Endocrinologist after reports for further management
