  3. High ESR level. To worry about?

High ESR level
My ESR level is 23. I had KFT and it was normal. Also had LFT and in that SGPT and SGOT were bit high. But I don't have any infection and any symptom or problem. Apart from this sometimes I am have constipation. What to do? Something to worry about?
