3-4 months back, I was diagnosed with High BP. I did
lipid profile n found triglyceride was 221 n rest of the components were under higher limits. I changed my fooding habit n started having fruits, salads n less oil n less salty food n also started home remedy like raw garlic, lekin water, Fenoogreek seed water etc. I lost around 4 kg weight. I thought, my lipid will be normal now. But yesterday, I did a lipid profile again n found shocking readings. S cholesterol is 348,
ldl was 277. I have also started doing regular walk. My bp reading g is above 160.
Plz suggest what should I do?
