According to JACC,
Total cholesterol should be less than 200 ,
HDL should be more than 40,
Triglyceride should be less than 149,
LDL should be less than 100
But ur report suggest mild changes...so go for life style modification,regular exercise, add more fiber to your diet,increase use of olive oil ,avocado..reduce high saturated fatty food like cheese & whole milk
