High BPM observation
On an average, my BPM stays in 90s or 100-110 and I find it really unsettling as to why it is so high. Is it normal to have this average BPM or should I be worried about it?

Heart rate around 90-100 is normal for ur age..usually at rest heart rate is around 60-100..in some individuals heart rate can be around 100-110..the usual cause for high baseline Heart rate is anxiety. So relax.

Your heart rate is on higher side. Could be die to obesity or sedentary lifestyle or anemia. Get an ECG done and report
