High BP problem
My mom daily checks her bp using electronic bp machine every day it was around 135-145/90 but when he goes to hospital to consult Dr. BP is almost 180-90. What is the problem. She take almitime H 40 every day for bp problem.

In an electronic bp apparatus one needs to change the blood 3 Times and average can be considered the approximate bp.
Check bp after taking 15 to 20 min of rest.
The best position to check blood pressure can be supine position.
Reduce salt intake.
Go for morning and evening walks.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Reduce caffeine intake.
Keep proper hydration.
And other reason can be white coat hypertension:
Many people have higher blood pressure in hospital than anywhere else. This is known as white coat hypertension, and it's thought to be caused by the stress of being at the hospital.

Electronic BP machines are not always correct !! Check the batteries if old replace them first !
Monitor bp readings more frequently !
What are the latest blood tests if done please show ??
