High BP due to Norepineph

Question

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I have NOREPINEPHRINE(ELISA): 98.24 ug/day and EPINEPHRINE (ELISA) : 3.65 ug/day among Total urine volume of 3200 ml/day. I want to know is this serious? suggest me if any medication is required or not? I am using Nebicard-SM 5mg tablet per day for high BP control .After usage of this tablet BP got down and settled around 130/105.
