My mother facing runny nose and sneezing issue from last 3 months.. She has high blood pressure 90-120 as well. Allopethic medicine is not giving relief in nose congestion. She is taking muktavati as prescribed by patanjali doctor. I am confused whether should I go with ayurved or allopethic as there are 2 different issues and she is overweight as well. She had shirt if breath and difficulty in breathing as well few month back. Please help me what should I do.

Ask her to take castor oil 1tsf in empty stomach once a week with warm water. Internally give Nayyopayyam Kashaya 20ml twice daily with 20ml of Warm water before food daily . This helps in controlling Rhinitis as well as over weight . Continue with Mukta vati for Hypertension. But regular BP monitoring is essential to access the action of drug.
Don't take muktavati with cold water or cold milk always take lukewarm water or hotmilk with muktavati
