High bp and left side shoulder soreness

Asked for Male, 54 Years

My mother has high bp and recently its been on higher side even after taking telma 40 160/110 after taking cilaheart 10mg at night its reduced but still stays at140-150/90-100 and her left arm shoulder is fully sore doesn't go away with painkillers and right side finger palm has numbness she dont have blood sugar and thyroid is in control please recommend if she has to do any tests like ecg and suggestive treatment

You should get her cardiac evaluation done completely. You can get her ECG, echo and CT coronary angiogram done to rule out any underlying coronary artery disease.
